Checking the Status of Your Order
Please keep your order confirmation number. You will need it in the event you wish to cancel or check the status of your order.

If your order has not already been shipped, we can cancel it. To do so, please contact us immediately at 615-826-0901. If your order has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel it.

How to Return Merchandise
When returning merchandise - please follow these easy steps:

  • Provide a copy of your email order receipt and any other related correspondence with the item you are returning;
  • Repack item(s) with the original packing materials. All returns can only be refunded if returned with original packing materials. (Returned or exchanged items must show no signs of use or wear. If item or the packaging it came in has been used or worn there will be no refund);
  • Please send your return, securely wrapped, prepaid and insured via United States Postal Service or UPS to:

Transaction & Exchange Policy

Hard Good Items : All Store Items: May be exchanged within 30 days for a different size or for an item (of the same value) at no cost to the customer other than shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges will be charged actual cost. All returns will be charged a re-stocking fee equal to the amount of the returned items plus all shipping and handling charges. If the item(s) purchased is valued less than $20, no additional fees other than shipping and handling will be applied. Returned or exchanged items must show no signs of use or wear. If item or the packaging it came in has been used or worn there will be no refund. If a receipt of the on-line transaction does not immediately follow submission of the order, customer agrees to contact company to confirm accuracy and receipt of order. No items can be exchanged or returned after 30 days.
