Transaction & Exchange Policy

Hard Good Items : All Store Items: May be exchanged within 30 days for a different size or for an item (of the same value) at no cost to the customer other than shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges will be charged actual cost. All returns will be charged a re-stocking fee equal to the amount of the returned items plus all shipping and handling charges. If the item(s) purchased is valued less than $20, no additional fees other than shipping and handling will be applied. Returned or exchanged items must show no signs of use or wear. If item or the packaging it came in has been used or worn there will be no refund. If a receipt of the on-line transaction does not immediately follow submission of the order, customer agrees to contact company to confirm accuracy and receipt of order.
