Thank you for shopping at GardenHouseFlags.com! If you are interested in ordering a Special Order Item the following information can help you with this type of purchase.
We offer over 5000 plus items in our store. Sometimes these items can be very popular with our customers and can sell out quickly. If an item is out of stock then it becomes a special order item. All special order items can still be purchased if they have gone out of stock and can be added to your shopping cart. Special order items can take from four to eight business days to come back into the warehouse to be re-stocked depending on the manufacturers schedule and time frames.
If an item becomes back-ordered from the manufacturer we make sure to contact you as soon as we are notified. This provides you with the opportunity to either substitute a different item for any special order item you selected (if you need to receive it sooner than the four to eight business day time frame) or choose to receive a credit in your GardenHouseFlags.com account to use when you next shop with us. If you choose a credit, this credit amount will match the amount equal to the purchase price of the item(s) you ordered.
All orders placed are charged at the time of order. This allows us to special order your items for you and to reserve your chosen design.
Once an order is placed your flags and/or gift items will be packed and filled as soon as the designs become available. You will receive a tracking number by email letting you know your items are on their way to you. (If you have a Comcast email we will need an alternative email address as Comcast emails do not work well with our system.)
If you have various items on your order and some of them are showing in stock then these items will be shipped in advance of your special order items. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees if your order requires additional shipments to complete your order.
